Ingredients
12 1/2 oz plain flour
1 oz Semolina ground rice flour
9 oz butter
4 1/2 oz caster sugar
Pinch Pink Australian salt
1 oz Lemon Myrtle
Method
Step 1
Mix well with fork till breadcrumbs
Step 2
Roll into ball
Step 3
Roll out on caster sugar
Step 4
Place on greased baking tray - 160o till pale tan
