Ingredients

  • 12 1/2 oz plain flour

  • 1 oz Semolina ground rice flour

  • 9 oz butter

  • 4 1/2 oz caster sugar

  • Pinch Pink Australian salt

  • 1 oz Lemon Myrtle

Method

Step 1


Mix well with fork till breadcrumbs


Step 2


Roll into ball


Step 3


Roll out on caster sugar


Step 4


Place on greased baking tray - 160o till pale tan
