Blend:
Tasmanian Blue Gum Eucalyptus Leaves, Honeysuckle Buds & Daintree Black Tea.
Black tea sourced from Cubbagudta Tea Plantation, situated in the Daintree Wilderness & Rainforest area in far North Queensland. The tea is grown with no pesticides and Cubbagudta Tea Plantation is a 100% Australian owned company. The black tea is blended with local Tasmanian Blue Gum giving you a billy tea experience; a flavour described as woody, crisp & fresh. The Honeysuckle buds add a smoothness to round out the flavour.

Beverley:
This blend was created for my mother Beverley, who has stood strong & proud by my side through life’s ups and downs. My beautiful Mum is strong like a Eucalypt, the essence of Australian Flora.
When I taste this traditional “billy” tea made from the stunning Blue Gum, it takes me right back to walking amongst the Eucalyptus trees on the farm, with the strong scent of Eucalyptus in the air.
The Honeysuckle is a Bach Flower Essence Remedy for homesickness and in the positive aspect allows the mind to reflect and enjoy past memories.
The taste on my palate is simply divine and to breathe in the beautiful scent whilst brewing & with each sip it would have to be my favourite – no bells and whistles, just like my stoic Mum.
Women are like tea bags; you never know how strong they are until they’re put in hot water
–Eleanor Roosevelt
Ideal brewing method:
Add teaspoons of the blend to 250mls of boiling water then steep for 2 minutes.
If you want a stronger brew do not steep for longer as this can cause bitterness – just add more of the blend.
Add in a dash of milk if desired.
I am a big fan of Honey in my black tea – for this particular brew with the Eucalyptus, it is exceptionally yummy
